User can only return an unused item in its original condition (as it was received by user) with proof within 3 days at Kitchen King’s given address.

By original condition Kitchen King means:

-User has kept all original packaging & labels in good condition and the product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories

-User has not used the product till date

-Where a product has been made to measure or personalized for user, unless faulty, Kitchen King will be unable to refund or offer an exchange

-Our Quality assurance department will inspect & review the product, after passing the product will be considered for exchange.

-Kitchen King will never pick-up the sent products, the consignee will personally ship to our given address.
